How Do I Fill in My Tuesday Bet Slip at Lottoland®?

Your bet slip is arranged just like a regular paper lottery ticket with a number grid corresponding to the numbers you wish to pick. Simply click on a number to select it.

Simply click the Quicky +1 button for a random number selection.

Lottoland® also gives you additional options where you can set which draws you wish to take part in, along with Subscription mode. See the main Tuesday Lotto page for more information.

What Is a Subscription?

Subscriptions remove the hassle of buying repeat games and the fear of missing out on that big jackpot win. Our Subscription feature allows you to set up a reoccurring bet or bets on a given lottery draw. The subscription is open ended and will run for as long as you want it to. You can opt out at any time and cancel the subscription in your player account.

Please find more information here: How to cancel a subscription

What Is the DoubleJackpot Feature?

The DoubleJackpot feature allows you to go for twice the official lottery jackpot. So, for instance, if the official draw is $10 million and you bet on the outcome with us and activate the DoubleJackpot feature, you will go for a jackpot of $20 million. The prizes for all other divisions will remain the same.

You will pay double the price of your normal game to activate the DoubleJackpot feature. For more information about this feature please refer to Double Jackpot Explained.

What Is the NumberShield Feature?

Don't want to share the jackpot with other winners? Our special NumberShield feature allows you to protect your numbers in the event of a jackpot win. If you activate this feature you will win the entire jackpot in division 1, even if other players chose the same numbers. Only one player can select the NumberShield feature for a specific set of numbers. If another player has already shielded a specific set of numbers no other player will be able to shield the same numbers for the respective draw.

NumberShield can be chosen for a particular game field or complete bet slip and will occur an additional cost added to the total price. NumberShield and DoubleJackpot cannot be selected on the same bet slip. For more information see our article Never share a jackpot.

What Does "Place bet when" mean?

This option allows you to only bet when the jackpot is a set amount or higher. So if you choose $7 million, you will only bet on the draw when the jackpot is at a minimum of $7 million.

What Are System Bets?

To buy a system bet just keep adding additional numbers in a game field. Once you go over the standard seven you will be automatically asked if you wish to buy a system bet.

Remember, system entries cost more but, by allowing you to choose more numbers in various combinations, they also give you more chances to win.

How Can I Increase My Chances of Winning the Tuesday Lotto?

From a mathematical standpoint your odds increase the more you buy. So regular purchases will increase the probability of a win dramatically. Some players opt to buy Quickies (Quicky +1) as it ensures that the numbers picked are fully random, just like the draw itself. Another great way to increase your chances is to choose more than the standard numbers via a system bet. By increasing the amount of numbers you select, in multiple combinations, you can increase your chances of winning a prize exponentially.

How Do I Get My Winnings?

As a Lottoland® player you will be automatically informed of results and any winnings will be credited to the balance of your Lottoland® user account automatically. You then have the option of using these winnings to bet on more games, or you can withdraw the money to your bank account.

Please note that all new Lottoland® players must first verify their identity before any withdrawals can be made due to Australian Federal Government Anti-Money Laundering legislation. Refer to our help section to find more information about how to verify your identity.

Do I Pay Tax on Winnings?

Generally there is no tax to pay on lottery winnings in Australia, but players are advised to check with the local tax authorities in the case of any win.
