How Do I Bet on Australian Powerball?

  • Pick six regular numbers from a range of 1 to 40.
  • Pick your special number, the “Powerball”, from a range of 1 to 20.
  • Numbers are drawn from two different drums. First, the six regular numbers are drawn. Next comes the Powerball draw, where the Powerball number is drawn from the second drum.
  • Match all six regular numbers plus the special number to hit the jackpot.
  • Seven additional prize divisions awarded for specific combinations of regular and/or special numbers.

If you click on more than six regular numbers you will activate what’s known as a System Bet. This method of betting will increase your game price, but also odds of winning – it allows you to enter more than the standard six numbers in multiple combinations.

If another player has already shielded a specific set of numbers no other player will be able to shield the same numbers for the respective draw.

NumberShield can be chosen for a particular game field or complete bet slip and will occur an additional cost added to the price.
