TERMS & CONDITIONS
PART A - INTRODUCTION
- Information on How to Enter and Prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
- By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions include the Schedule above.
- Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
- Where there is an inconsistency between the Schedule and Parts A to J of these terms and conditions, the schedule will prevail.

PART B - PRIVACY
- The Promoter will only collect and use the winners personal information for the purposes of:
- conducting the Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition) and for promotional purposes, public statements and possible advertisements in relation to the Competition;
- providing information about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies and its affiliated retailers
- By entering the Competition, winners consent to the use of their personal information as described in point 6.
- Winners may access, change and/or update their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy www.lottoland.com.au/privacy
PART C - WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION
- Entrants must be aged 18+ and be registered Lottoland customers prior to commencement of the competition period. Entrants residing in South Australia are not permitted.
- Directors and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies and Participating Retailers are not eligible to enter. Immediate families means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
PART D – HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
- To enter, each entrant must comply with the ‘How to Enter’ section of the Schedule.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Competition of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.
- The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications
PART E - PRIZES
- The prize is for the final nominated value as per the schedule and will be paid to the winner.
- If a Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
- Once a Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen.
- All taxes (excluding GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
- A winner's use of the Prize is entirely at their own risk. Before a Prize is awarded, a winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from and indemnifying the Promoter against any liability arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the winner’s participation in the Competition.
- The major prize is subject to the following terms & conditions from Flight Centre Travel Group;
These terms apply to all gift cards and electronic vouchers issued by or on behalf of Flight Centre Travel Group (“FCTG”) trading as “Flight Centre”, “Student Flights”, “Escape Travel”, “Travel Associates” or “Cruiseabout” (each a “Gift Card”). By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms. - Gift Cards are redeemable at participating FCTG retail stores located within Australia.
- Unless otherwise stated on the Gift Card, Gift Cards are valid for use within 3 years from the date of issue.
- Gift Cards purchased from 4 April 2018 will be issued with a PIN number. In order for a Gift Card to be redeemed, the customer must provide the associated unique PIN number at time of redemption. If a PIN number cannot be provided, the Gift Card will not be able to be redeemed.
- Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
- Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency.
- Gift Cards may not, without the prior written consent of FCTG, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Gift Card is sold or used in breach of this condition, FCTG may in its absolute and sole discretion cancel or render invalid the Gift Card without a refund and the Gift Card holder may be refused redemption of the Gift Card. FCTG will take all reasonable steps to notify you of FCTG’s intention to cancel or render invalid a Gift Card within a reasonable time before cancelling or rendering invalid the Gift Card.
- FCTG may cancel or render invalid any Gift Card (including any available balance) which FCTG determines in its absolute and sole discretion was purchased at any time and in any way (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) by fraudulent means. FCTG may cancel any bookings made using any fraudulent Gift Card which may include any non-refundable amounts. FCTG will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you purchase or attempt to redeem any fraudulent Gift Card. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem any available balance on any fraudulent Gift Card and that FCTG will not be obliged to hold such balance on file for you or otherwise redeem or exchange that Gift Card.
- You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card and PIN number. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Lost or stolen PIN numbers cannot be reissued or replaced. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCTG or its employees.
- Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
- Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
- Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with FCTG’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.flightcentre.com.au or in store.
- The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these terms and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.
- Questions or problems relating to Gift Cards should be directed to FCTG’s Gift Cards Care Team on 1300 554 268. Complaints about purchases made with a Gift Card should be resolved directly with the store concerned.

PART F - HOW THE WINNER(S) ARE DETERMINED
- The Competition is a game of chance as outlined in the attached Schedule
- In the manner specified in the “Determining the winner(s)” section of the Schedule via an electronic draw commencing at the Promoter’s office at 16/32 Ralph Street, Alexandria, NSW, 2015, Australia
- Invalid entries, such as fake accounts, will be disposed of and the competition will be immediately redrawn.
- The number of winning entries to be selected will be the same as the total number of Prizes specified in the Schedule (41 in total)
- Minor prize winners will still remain eligible to win the major prize
- The decision will be final and binding and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
- Each winner will receive a Prize.
- Winners of all prizes over $1000.00 will have their names published by one of the following methods;
- in a national newspaper
- on Lottoland.com.au
- Lottoland will keep records for a period of 3 years after the finalisation of the draw detailing;
- An accurate financial accounting of the lottery
- An accurate accounting for all entries
- An accurate report of the distribution of prizes
- Date
- Prize Awarded
- Prize Retail Value
- Name & Contact Details of prize winner
- Evidence of prizes being awarded
PART G - NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE(S)
- The Promoter will provide each winner with instructions on how to claim their Prize within 2 days of the draw. It is the responsibility of each winner to comply with the Promoter’s instructions.
- The $5,000.00 cash element of the main prize will be paid to the winner within 2 weeks of the winner providing the relevant details to Lottoland Australia.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of their identity and/or proof that they were responsible for the winning entry.
- Each winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Competition, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each winner authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details.
PART H - UNCLAIMED PRIZES
- The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to identify and notify each winner in an attempt to ensure that each winner receives their Prize. However, if a winner cannot be identified or does not claim the Prize within six weeks of the date on which the winners are determined, the prize will be redrawn.
- In the event of a redraw, the winner will be determined six weeks after the first draw via an electronic draw which will take place at 11:10am (AEST) on 30th August 2019, commencing at the Promoter’s office at 16/32 Ralph Street, Alexandria, NSW, 2015, Australia via the same manner as stipulated in the “Determining the winner(s)” section of the Schedule.
PART I – NO LIABILITY
- Any Prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. Each Prize may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If those guarantees are not complied with, then you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees and rights, the Promoter shall not be liable and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for damage to property, personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the use or taking of any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law.
PART J - TERMINATION OF COMPETITION
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws

To enter the Competition, registered Lottoland customers will have to place a specified bundle bet using an applicable promotion code on www.lottoland.com.au to be eligible. Each bundle bet constitutes 1 entry into the competition. Entries are capped at 20 per week per customer (80 maximum entries for the major prize).
